What This Website Is

This site exists to tell you about our shop, show examples of our work, answer common questions, and give you a way to reach us. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract, and nothing on it creates a binding agreement to perform work at a particular price or on a particular schedule.

Quotes, Estimates, and Service Work

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not book an appointment, reserve a bay, or lock in pricing. We will follow up to discuss what you need.

Any price we discuss before seeing your vehicle is a rough figure based on what you have described. Accurate pricing depends on an accurate diagnosis, and that requires the vehicle. The terms that actually govern a repair, including scope, price, authorization, and any warranty, are the ones set out in the written estimate and work order you sign at the shop. Where this website and a signed work order disagree, the work order controls.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete, correct, or up to date at any given moment. Service offerings, hours, and other details can change. Call the shop at (575) 302-9455 if something matters to your decision.

Educational Content Is General, Not a Diagnosis

Our Resources section contains general automotive information written for a broad audience. It is not a diagnosis of your vehicle and it is not a repair procedure to follow blindly. Vehicles differ by platform, model year, and configuration, and the right answer for one truck can be wrong for another.

Automotive work carries real risk of injury. If you act on general information without the training, tools, or safety equipment for the job, you do so at your own risk. When in doubt, have a qualified technician look at it.
